POST SAKRALUS Post Sakralus was an exhibition of contemporary Lithuanian object design, held from 30 April to 20 May 2021 at the Titanikas Exhibition Hall of the Vilnius Academy of Arts. The exhibition showcased recent works by artists from the Design Department of the Vilnius Academy of Arts, aiming to provide insight into the current Lithuanian design scene and the individual practices of designers. It explored the real and fictional worlds their design works inhabit, their beliefs, and how they create their creative fields or playgrounds.
The exhibition's architecture allowed visitors to focus on each "faith" and its "sacral" object, with hints from the objects enabling an intuitive understanding of each author's position and the context of their creations. Post Sakralus was part of the 60th-anniversary events of the Design Department of the Vilnius Academy of Arts.
